While we try to answer the phone every time, we are often in our delivery vehicle, meeting with a customer, operating a loud machine or already on the phone when folks call.
If you call and you go to voicemail, please listen to our phone info and leave your message or text us or use this online appointment form instead.

We service Western Whatcom County from South Bellingham through Ferndale and up to Birch Bay.
We don’t venture south of Lake Sammish or go to Blaine or Lynden. Sorry.
Pick Up Hours
We usually arrange rug pickups and deliveries from mid to late morning, often around 9:00 or 10:00, Monday through Saturday, with Sunday being an option when necessary.
We also schedule all of our in-home wall-to-wall carpeting cleaning jobs for a mid-morning arrival. Usually around 10:00. We have more flexibility with scheduling on the weekends.

In fact, if you want, you can just text us a pic of what you want cleaned and state which morning you want pickup.

Remember, we only accept medium-sized rugs and smaller. We can’t do big rugs (rugs with a width over 6 feet).
We also don’t accept any rug that is really old, needs repair or in otherwise poor condition.
Nor do we take any item that is rare, vintage or just plain expensive.
If you’re not sure what fabric your rug is, don’t worry about it. Unless it is a really expensive item, we can most likely take care of it.
